PROCESSING takes 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) EXPRESS SHIPPING ORDERS are 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS long. DOMESTIC EXPRESS SHIPPING is 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS depending on your location. DOMESTIC REGULAR FLAT RATE SHIPPING is 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS depending on your location. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS depending on your location.
All packages delivery is with USPS and FedEx for international orders.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS are delivered SAME DAY, electronically to the email used on your order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If there’s an issue with an order we give you 24 HOURS and we can give store credit or a replacement with a return product that’s in the ORIGINAL packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@soraw.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
